PFI Tech is developing a web-based application in house that will help the company and its clients to manage staff more efficiently and effectively. The PFI Tech Portal encompasses numerous functions that will dramatically increase project and HR management capabilities.

1. Effective Project Tracking
Track any number of projects and tasks. Define organizational structure, employees, projects, and tasks. Assign rates by employee, project, or task for time billing purposes. Compare actual effort versus estimated effort to get a complete picture of any project’s progress.

2. Easy to Use Interface
Employees can fill in their timesheets from wherever they are, anywhere in the world, any time, using a standard web browser. Simple intuitive timesheet interface reduce errors in time entry.

3. Accurate Productivity Analysis
Managers and clients will be able to see who's working on what, compare billable and non-billable time, and keep track of incomplete employee timesheets.

4. Powerful Online Reporting
Detail and summary reports provide in-depth reporting and analysis to improve decision-making. Analyze profitability and productivity by project, department ,or user. Managers and report users can run real-time reports on employee time data.

5. Download Timesheet Data
Timesheet data can be easily exported to Excel or a text file for simple integration into other software.

6. Control Access
Multiple authorization levels to control access to data. Managers can view and approve employee timesheets.

7. Data Protection
Our servers are located in a state-of-the-art computer center. The facility has multiple backup systems with 24-hour on-site monitoring.

8. Expandable
Our system was designed for continuous growth of an organization. There is no limit on the number of projects, tasks, and employees we or our clients can add.

The benefits to our clients will include immediate onlie access to contracted team's profile, timesheet, expense and nationwide site status. To our contracted customers there will be no extra cost and investment in hardware, software, or technical support staff. Beta version releases soon.
