Benefits of Our Implementation Methodology
- PFI Tech enables clients to move more quickly to complete a design blueprint and begin configuration or implementation
- This method utilizes PFI Tech's specialized process flow constructs integrated with the Visio software platform in order to create an easily visualized, customized Enterprise Application and Deployment
- Points on the process flow diagrams are directly referenced to written requirements documentation
PFI Tech Steps
- Interviews with subject-matter experts to fully understand day to day job functions
- Derive from these interviews a set of system requirements and system gaps. These requirements not only reflect the current "as-is" workflow processes but also include automation improvements based around the Enterprise functionality. The Enterprise Application Experts begin mapping the requirements to existing solutions where possible and seek out gaps that must be closed through customization of the base product
- Create a first version of a "to-be" diagram. This diagram depicts full job functionally and utilizes the Enterprise Applications to its fullest
- Validation session with the subject-matter experts. Follow-up questions are encouraged
- Creation of the finished process-flow diagram and formal requirements documentation
- Presentation of the final work products to the business owner; design flow diagram and formal requirements documentation
- Sign off on the project scope
- Hand off documents to the configuration team. The requirements are much easier to understand because the process-flow diagram is a visual representation of the finished application
