A manufacturing company with factories around the country needs to deliver training materials and skills to its workers. Each worker will have to be well trained and be able to perform necessary skills in a designated timeframe.

What Client Wants to Achieve

Implement training delivery to end users for a new manufacturing application — a one-time need for instructor-led training.

Research and Analysis

PFI Tech provided a custom train-the-trainer session led by an SME (subject matter expert). The trainers then delivered instruction covering twelve different modules to a variety of audiences, such as accounting, shipping, and production, which was in accordance to their eight-month training delivery schedule.

Solutions and Strategies

Trainers are adept at learning new systems quickly, so they were able to efficiently train others utilizing an abbreviated timeframe
We also provided feedback to the client’s training project manager, working as part of their internal team

Results / Achievement

Implemented client's systems at multiple sites, without the need of staffing a full-time training department
Provided the right amount of personnel and training for the customer’s training solution
Rapid user acceptance of the new system and minimized internal personnel deployment all over the country
