Cesar Sosa, Chairman and CEO
Cesar Sosa has been CEO of PFI Tech since May 2006. As a co-founder, he is responsible for all solutions and day-to-day operations as well as managing employees.
Cesar has held a variety of management positions including Operations Manager at Hughes Space and Communication, National Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, Service Delivery Manager at Nissan North America, and Senior Program Manager at Dell Computer Corporation.
Cesar believes in “just do it” and always strive for perfection as well as motivates his employees to do the same. He believes in empowering and giving back to his employees so they feel ownership for their part in the company’s success as well as part of a team that cares about each other.
Cesar holds certifications as a PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) in three generations of Windows, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and various others. Cesar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and children.
Carl Chadwell, Executive Vice President
Carl Chadwell is responsible for client relations and directly manages the technical staffing division of PFI Tech. The most important part of his role is “making sure that our clients are 100% satisfied by providing them with exceptional service at a cost effective price.”
Having joined the company in 2001, Carl has had the opportunity to work within many areas of the company including sales, recruiting, management, and day to day operations. In experiencing the double and triple digit growth the company has had since its beginnings, Carl has the following statement “Our management philosophy has always been to take care of our employees by allowing them growth and rewarding them for their successes while making client satisfaction the ultimate goal. This philosophy has created an internal culture which demands success and in return promotes growth.” His vision for PFI Tech is for the company to be the recognized leader in the Managed Services industry.
Prior to joining PFI Tech, Carl held various management and sales positions in the Technical Staffing Industry. He has received recognition for his work in management with the Marquee Club Elite Award and in sales with a Corporate Marketing MVP award.
Carl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Cal State San Bernardino.
Don Zamba, Vice President of Operations
Don Zamba, one of PFI’s founders, is responsible for managing the client solution services team around the nation. He has worked in the IT industry since 1986, holding a variety of field as well as management positions at Computax, Hughes Space and Com, IBM, EDS, Xerox, and Northrop Grumman.
Throughout his career, Don has earned service excellence, lowest turnover rate over a 3-year period, manager of the quarter, and manager of the year awards recognizing his work.
According to Don, “Technology has always fascinated me, the tech environment changes monthly and in six months you can easily be left behind. Keeping up with current technologies may be a challenge but it is also very rewarding.”
Don has learned that “people” are the most important part of his position, that communication is everything, and that “I’d rather coach a person to success than chastise them.” His vision for PFI Tech is to sustain 100% growth each year and to provide excellent service to medium to large-size companies.
